Managed IT support

Help desk, monitoring, patching, and platform services for a fixed monthly price, including a report on what occurred.

Managed support replaces the “technician who comes when something breaks” with a service that monitors things *before* they break. Every team is monitored, with managed antivirus and up-to-date patches; every request goes through a help desk with guaranteed response times; and once a month, you receive a report detailing what happened, what was fixed, and what should be updated.

This is the service that supports businesses in Magallanes, which are already working with us – including offices, branches, warehouses, and remote operations that can’t wait for someone to travel.

For whom does this make sense?

  • Companies with 10 to 100 employees, without a dedicated IT department.
  • Branches and locations that today are resolving each one on their own.
  • Operations that cannot stop: hotels, plants, clinics

What does it include?

  • Remote assistance desk, with pre-defined times.
  • Monitoring of equipment, network, and servers.
  • Managed antivirus and security patches.
  • Scheduled site visits and emergency visits
  • Monthly management report

From diagnosis to surgery

The process. step by step

  1. 01

    Audit

We inventoried the equipment, network, and access points, and created a prioritized plan.

  2. 02

    Normalization

The first two weeks were focused on the essentials: backups, antivirus software, passwords, and network security.

  3. 03

    Operation

Support table, monitoring, and visits according to the plan. Each month, a report.

What remains in your hands.

  • Inventory and network map
  • Two-week normalization plan
  • Monthly report
  • Service Level Agreement – Written – for Enterprise

Before deciding

Can I start with fewer than 10 positions?

Yes. The Essential plan covers up to 10 workstations, and it’s the most basic option. If you have 4 or 5 teams, the price remains the same because the cost is based on monitoring and the assistance desk, not on the number of workstations.

What happens if the internet goes down on a Saturday?

In Professional and Enterprise, monitoring only alerts are provided, with emergency support available on weekends. In Essential, support is available starting early Monday mornings.

Do I need to replace my equipment?

No. We work with what you have, and we tell you what to replace and when, including the cost, in the monthly report.

Everything is connected.

  1. Before: to understand and define

We discussed your needs and established goals, deliverables, deadlines, and costs within the proposal.

  2. During: to coordinate the work

We agreed on responsibilities, stages, and the necessary information to move forward. The launch and training are defined according to the project.

  3. After: knowing how to proceed.

We’ve agreed on the channels, times, and scope of the follow-up support, so you’ll know who to contact.

Answers before deciding.

What am I going to receive before signing a contract?

A written proposal outlining the scope, deliverables, stages, price, and terms. It also identifies any additional services you would like to include.

How is support organized?

We’ve defined the contact channel, the hours of operation, and the scope of support within the proposal. This allows you to understand what kind of assistance your service offers and how to request help.

What’s happening with the information related to my organization?

When defining the project, we reviewed what information is needed, who can access it, and how it will be shared. In software systems, we also agreed on the conditions for backup, preservation, and export.
