Frequently Asked Questions

What you need to know before starting.

Reach, coverage, and how we work. If your case involves any other condition, we’ll review it with you.

Do I need to switch internet providers?

No. We’re integrating monitoring and redundancy with what you already have, utilizing Starlink as a backup if needed.

Does it work if I have two locations, or do I need to have many?

Starting from two. A panel, a source of truth, without relying on each individual notifying us when something goes wrong.

How long does an installation take?

A medium-sized office, planned for approximately one to three weeks, with the intention of minimizing disruption to operations.

Do you offer service outside of Punta Arenas?

Yes: Puerto Natales, Porvenir, logging operations and estates. Travel expenses are quoted, and group tours are organized.

And the power outages?

UPS systems are being sized with a margin and alerts to prevent a power outage from costing a sale. Ditap Energía is experiencing this with the same equipment.

What does a network audit include?

Inventory of equipment and hotspots, WiFi coverage map measured on-site, security findings, and a prioritized plan with a budget. Report within 48 hours; the value will be deducted from the first project.

Do you work with annual contracts?

The managed service is monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. Installation projects are quoted on a completed basis.

The first step.

Before purchasing equipment,
Let's explore your network.

A 30-minute call, free of charge, to understand your operation.
Following that, a field diagnosis with defined priorities and a budget.

Requesting my audit.

People, process, and support.

Support before, during and after implementation.

A clear initial contact. A written proposal. Agreed-upon next steps.

  1. Before: to understand and define

We discussed your needs and established goals, deliverables, deadlines, and costs within the proposal.

  2. During: to coordinate the work

We agreed on responsibilities, stages, and the necessary information to move forward. The launch and training are defined according to the project.

  3. After: knowing how to proceed.

We’ve agreed on the channels, times, and scope of the follow-up support, so you’ll know who to contact.

Answers before deciding.

What am I going to receive before signing a contract?

A written proposal outlining the scope, deliverables, stages, price, and terms. It also identifies any additional services you would like to include.

How is support organized?

We’ve defined the contact channel, the hours of operation, and the scope of support within the proposal. This allows you to understand what kind of assistance your service offers and how to request help.

What’s happening with the information related to my organization?

When defining the project, we reviewed what information is needed, who can access it, and how it will be shared. In software systems, we also agreed on the conditions for backup, preservation, and export.
