Our Story

Since 2009
Learning on the ground.

The infrastructure is changing. However, the responsibility for ensuring it continues to function remains.

2009–2018

Technical Supplies

Connectivity and energy installations in Patagonia, Argentina. This refers to the foundational basis and expertise supporting the team’s work.

Since 2020

TecnoMagallanes

TecnoMagallanes SpA operates from Punta Arenas. We have our own technicians to understand, install, and support every project.

2025

DITAP Group

Jhonatan Matias founded DITAP, aiming to unite ten specialized vertical businesses under a single brand.

Technology makes sense when it helps to improve the functioning of an operation. That’s why we connect direction, infrastructure, technology, automation, and processes.

On-site, we work with the TecnoMagallanes team: a budget before installation and documentation afterward.

Let's talk.

Five disciplines, one perspective.

The DITAP method.

  1. 01

    Address

Diagnosis and priorities before quoting equipment.

  2. 02

    Infrastructure

    Networks, energy, and physical connectivity.

  3. 03

    Technology

Systems and security built on a solid foundation.

  4. 04

    Automation

Fewer repetitive tasks, when the essential things are already working well.

  5. 05

    Processes

Documentation and continuity beyond a single person.

The first step.

Before purchasing equipment,
Let's explore your network.

A 30-minute call, free of charge, to understand your operation.
Following that, a field diagnosis with defined priorities and a budget.

Requesting my audit.

People, process, and support.

Support before, during and after implementation.

A clear initial contact. A written proposal. Agreed-upon next steps.

  1. Before: to understand and define

We discussed your needs and established goals, deliverables, deadlines, and costs within the proposal.

  2. During: to coordinate the work

We agreed on responsibilities, stages, and the necessary information to move forward. The launch and training are defined according to the project.

  3. After: knowing how to proceed.

We’ve agreed on the channels, times, and scope of the follow-up support, so you’ll know who to contact.

Answers before deciding.

What am I going to receive before signing a contract?

A written proposal outlining the scope, deliverables, stages, price, and terms. It also identifies any additional services you would like to include.

How is support organized?

We’ve defined the contact channel, the hours of operation, and the scope of support within the proposal. This allows you to understand what kind of assistance your service offers and how to request help.

What’s happening with the information related to my organization?

When defining the project, we reviewed what information is needed, who can access it, and how it will be shared. In software systems, we also agreed on the conditions for backup, preservation, and export.

Technology that supports your trust.

A protected technology foundation.

Your infrastructure, your operations.

Networks, systems, and integrations require their own specific security measures. We’ll work with you to define the scope of each project.
