Cybersecurity for small and medium-sized businesses

24-hour equipment protection, managed firewall, and a 3-2-1 backup that is regularly tested.

Many incidents within small and medium-sized businesses (PyMEs) can originate from a single email, a device without updates, or a repeated password, and can lead to ransomware attacks or data theft. A reasonable defense strategy consists of three layers: protection managed on each device (EDR), a managed firewall at the network edge, and a 3-2-1 backup that is actually tested by restoring it.

We don’t sell fear: we tell you what layer you’re missing and how much it costs to complete it.

For whom does this make sense?

  • Companies that handle customer data or electronic invoicing.
  • Accounting firms, clinics, real estate agencies
  • Any small or medium-sized business with more than 10 teams and a single server.

What does it include?

  • EDR managed 24 hours a day.
  • Managed firewall with rules based on usage.
  • Backup 3-2-1: three copies, two backups, one offsite.
  • Quarter restoration test

From diagnosis to surgery

The process. step by step

  1. 01

    Diagnosis

We reviewed patches, access points, backups, and what is exposed to the internet.

  2. 02

    Close.

We installed EDR, configured the firewall, and ensured the backup system was running.

  3. 03

    Surveillance

Alerts addressed, monthly report, and a quarterly testing restoration.

What remains in your hands.

  • Diagnostic report
  • Written backup policy
  • Documented restoration test

Before deciding

Does the free antivirus not work?

An antivirus provides a layer of protection. EDR adds behavioral detection and investigation; no single tool eliminates all incidents. Responding to alerts and verified backups complete the process.

How often do you test the backup?

A genuine restoration performed every quarter, with thorough documentation. A backup that has never been tested is not a backup.

Everything is connected.

We’ve agreed on the channels, times, and scope of the follow-up support, so you’ll know who to contact.

Answers before deciding.

What am I going to receive before signing a contract?

A written proposal outlining the scope, deliverables, stages, price, and terms. It also identifies any additional services you would like to include.

How is support organized?

We’ve defined the contact channel, the hours of operation, and the scope of support within the proposal. This allows you to understand what kind of assistance your service offers and how to request help.

What’s happening with the information related to my organization?

When defining the project, we reviewed what information is needed, who can access it, and how it will be shared. In software systems, we also agreed on the conditions for backup, preservation, and export.
